Splashground with Walsh/Noce cousins

Little Lucy is getting big!!

Hayden and Joseph (Nicholas and Juli's son). Joseph is 7 months but is as big as Hayden and as you can see here, crawling and climbing!!

Hannah, Kate and Lucy. As you can see, only Kate was interested in getting wet at this point. It took Hannah and Lucy some time to get in the splashing water.

But, Lucy and Hannah had fun doing laps around the park!

Hannah with a cup and bucket, pouring water, still wasn't into getting wet.

Hayden, however, loved it!! I couldn't get pictures of him because he was pulling me through all the showers, walking while Mommy held his hands. We were soaked!!

Colorado in July

The kids did great on the 5 hour drive up to Salida, Co. Hannah sings and wears her sunglasses on top of her head, "Like Mama does."

On our drive northwest to the cabin we stayed in from Salida.

The first time Kirk has been able to feed a deer. Hannah said at the beginning of the trip, after seeing a few deers, "Daddy I wanna feed a deer." We didn't think it would happen!!

Everything is green and beautiful around the Arkansas river valley. So many deer everywhere!

The view from our cabin. Funny, the youth camp I attended in high school is right in center of this photo. Who knew??

Daddy and Hayden in the cabin. Hayden was very curious and had a blast!!

What's that???????

Hayden and Grandma Julia hanging out at the cabin that she arranged for us from one of the doctors in town. Thank you Julia and thank you Mr. and Mrs. Sandell for a great place to stay!!

Since we've been back, Hannah keeps "looking for deers" every time we get in the car.

We also visited great Grandma Flossie's resting place, which is adorned with a new gravestone. We miss you Grandma!!
Hannah had fun running around the cemetery chasing deers that were grazing.

Hannah trying to escape again from the cabin to go see deers.

Such a cute, traditional cabin. The ski's and everything in the place were VERY OLD. Kirk found a book titled, "Traveling rules for Chaffee county" that instructed, "if your stagecoach is attacked by Indians, do not get out because you will get scalped."

There was an old piano there that Hannah and Hayden really enjoyed playing at 6am everyday when they woke up!!

We also enjoyed a beautiful and accomplishing game of golf in Buena Vista with Aunt Ave & Ruby, Uncle Dan, and Derek, but we have no pictures!

Hannah and Hayden enjoyed riding the 4 wheelers around Ave and Dan's house. Hannah also went down her first water slide, over 200 feet long!! She rode with Mommy and had such a blast, saying "Weeeeeee!" all the way down.

4th of July in LA

Enjoyed a relaxing 4th at GP and GD's house in Los Alamos this year. Hannah couldn't get enough of kitty Mr. Rogers.

Look at these buds........Grandpa had a blast with Hayden after he had enough of swimming and needed a snack (Hayden needing food, surprise).

Welcome to my secret garden!

Look at this big girl ready to jump in the pool at Grandma and GP's.

Had such a great time!!! Thanks again Grandpa and Grandma!!

Moody Triple Play

Little Missy strutting her stuff in Mommy's shoes. The first time they've been worn in years!

Mr. Cuteness saying hello to everyone!!

And the most delicious meal that I have ever enjoyed......made by Daddy!!!

What more could you ask for???? Now that's a triple play!!!

As Mommy says, "Yowzers!!"

You think your having a bad day!! Yes, that is a huge piece of Hayden's gums giving way for his molar!!

Snuggling the "moo-tow" from Aunt Jeanne.

Enjoying a snack with my buddy Ethan after an afternoon of play.

Stole Mom's hat. It's ok, you need it more, nakey baby.

You didn't know Hannah had a little sister? We went camping with the kiddos and Aunt Shanny and Hayden had the stomach flu. Hannah's jacket was the only one left without vomit on it!! Sorry Hayden, we'll try not to show this picture to your prom date.

Various Wiley Videos

Hannah loves to sing along with her signing video, I find it so funny, she usually screams the line "come and play!!"

Swinging away...........

Hannah, Miranda and Shannon had fun playing in pool on a hot Mother's Day.

The one day of rain in the past two months, Hannah finally got to use the umbrella. Of course, she is quite intrigued with it and wants to use it when the sprinklers are on!!

Hayden likes to be up like Hannah, so standing, in his walker, or having someone walk him is about the only way he is happy these days.

May Days

Big boy, trying to walk before he crawls. He still has no interest in crawling, at all!! He does love to walk..........
and sleep.........
and look totally adorable all the time!!
Somebody's wearing underpants!! Only sometimes, though. She's getting the hang of going in the potty!! Yeah!!
Aunt Allena and Uncle Debashis looking beautiful at Birthday dinner for Grandma Di.
Daddy's handy work on Mommy's foot. Part of Mother's day gift to Mama.
Daddy and Uncle Debashis at B-day dinner for Grandma Di.
Grandma Diane and GP!! Hope you had a great birthday Grandma!!

No kids Chicago!!!

"The Bean" in Millennium Park.

At the Cubs vs Dodgers game, 3rd base line!! Totally amazing!!!

Courtesy of Jeanne..........Thanks for a great trip!!

In front of the amphitheater at Millennium Park.

On the 96th floor of the Hancock Tower, in the Signature Lounge. It's so high it makes you dizzy when you walk across the room. Completely
awesome!! Gorgeous view of the lake, downtown, and city.

We were given a wonderful tour of the city, got a boat ride around Navy Pier after riding the huge ferris wheel, all thanks to Jeanne.

Jeanne's apt building is almost exactly center in the picture with the lake. Yeah, she is that close.

It was so wonderful to have a break from the kids, and thank you all who helped take care of them while we were gone. We can't wait to go back with kiddos when they can appreciate it!

Shannon joined us in Chicago and got a new 'do. She also finished a very large oil painting for Jeanne in about a week. Go Shanny!! I'll try to get pictures of it to post. Absolutely beautiful piece!

Warmer weather and Wind!!

Hayden and Mommy going to work in the yard.
Hannah with her vacuum from Aunt June, and in her "toot toot" (skirt) from Grandma Sunnie.
Daddy's new grill...it rocks. Kirk is such a great chef and we are enjoying the backyard so much with the kiddos!!!
This is our new car.......just kidding!! A neat natural powered stretch we saw in Taos, in front of the "Earth Ship" community. All of the homes are solar and wind powered just outside Taos near the gorge bridge.

We enjoyed seeing Heath, Julie and Logan on their visit to New Mexico, even though their week was plagued with various illness all around. Hannah misses Logan and goes outside and calls his name!
Daddy and Mommy have been working very hard in the backyard to remove all the weeds and make a garden behind the swings.
Hayden loves to swing!!!

Hannah is very careful when she pushes Hayden. The two love to swing together!!

Hannah loves bugs just like her cousin Mimi. She loves the rollie pollies.
